An excellent second book. Picks up right from the ending of Obsidian and doesn't slow down. Daemon is swoonier than in Obisidian -- because he's actually trying. And it's fun to watch Kat founder. We get a lot of answers and a lot of new conflict, but it's all interesting and kept me awake and reading until 2am because there was no way in hell I wasn't going to finish. A bit of a cliffhanger ending. It wasn't anything that I was horribly upset over, but it is there. I can't even wait for the next book.
